The video was not only inspiration but gave me a personal desire in the attempt to help. This could be donation, however I think the making of the movie itself and the people involved offered better first hand experience. By this, others[including myself] could be incouraged to do the same...

what next?
-wow that movie was so deep, ,and incredible. it touched me beyond belief. i have heard of that movie before and was always curious. what these 3 boys did was they proved to the whole world that ordinary people like you and me can make a difference as long as we use our gifts, and try. i think what next can mean a lot of things. it can be really cool, like to see what will happen to norther uganda. i personally am really inspired by this, and i hope that by seeing this my "what next" will be using my gifts like the 3 guys to help people. even if it doesnt affect the whole world, as long as i can make a difference to one person then i think its worth it, i think that these guys didnt expect the whole world to see this movie, but look what happened, they used their gifts and major things were the result of it. i was also thinking that you know how they are doing that night camp thing, i think maybe vcs can do smoething similar to support them, or even if we started our own organization. i think something like that would be cool. what next, is what we do about it, and i believe that i really want to do something about it.

Invisible Children Assignment

Go to http://www.invisiblechildren.com/theMission/schoolsForSchools/. Then, go to http://www.invisiblechildren.com/theMovie/media/ and watch the "I got Soul", "Displace Me", "A Musical to Believe in", and lastly "World Tour 2007."

After doing these two things, answer the question, "What's next?" Its a simple question that can take on a lot of different angles. Be honest with your answers. If you want to ask your own questions, I will do my best to answer them Wednesday in class.
